We've been implementing revenue policy for several years now, and many of the things we discussed in the webinar were not new to me, as we have already been doing them for a long time. However, I learned many other things during the MasterClass. It showed me what else to watch out for, what to keep an eye on, how to segment differently to make more sense. I'm thrilled! I'm looking forward to seeing where we will be in six months, a year, thanks to these new changes. I experienced several 'AHA' moments during the course... For me, a big thank you and 👍.
