Our family decided to build a new hotel with 19 rooms, only with experience from a different type of accommodation (hostel/dormitory, guesthouse). We've been implementing revenue policy for several years now, and many of the things we discussed in the webinar were not new to me, as we have already been doing them for a long time. However, I learned many other things during the MasterClass. It showed me what else to watch out for, what to keep an eye on, how to segment differently to make more sense. I'm thrilled!
